I contacted Kevin as I had an area of damp in my kitchen. Kevin was quick to respond and carried out a Damp Survey on my property. I received the survey report the following week, with clear recommendations. I have been very pleased with all the dealings with Kevin - he has been helpful and courteous. The work was completed in August in a timely and professional manner. A very happy customer!

After an initial visit and recommendation of a chemical damp proof course, an issue was identified with the quality of render that had been applied to an extension. We took the decision to have this removed and replaced, this was done with little fuss and with due respect to us still living in the house. Since then the house has been repainted. Quality of work was excellent as were the craftsmen completing it. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Mr Fitzgerald arrived on time. He explained the process and made a thorough survey of our property. He relieved our worries and was charming. We were given some good advice which was followed up by an email including photos. We would happily recommend him and his firm.

Kevin was great, he attended my property and explained what he was looking for to find out where the damp issue was coming from, once he had checked the whole house he sent me a very detailed report on my property and explained what I should do in stages. I had penetrating damp for years on my living room ceiling and there was mould that I was constantly having to clean off the ceiling especially the corners. It got so bad that a leak had started to come through the ceiling light fitting. I was recommended Kevin’s company and due to the severity he booked me in for emergency work when I emailed him the photos and called me to arrange an assessment. I had work done before and as I had thought it hadn’t been thorough and he explained to me why and what should have been done. A true professional and plastering work was excellent. No more damp

Kevin who attended our property to do a damp survey was very polite he explained what the problem was and showed me why we had the problem. I liked that he talked me through what works needed to be done and why. We had a couple of people to come out and look at the works which we did not feel confident in. We chose to go with Go2 property services as the quote was fair and we are glad we did as they was very efficient and true to their word. Great workmanship we are very happy and highly recommend.

I had rising damp in my bedroom. There were wet spots, peeling paint, rotting timber and a mouldy odour. The walls had to have a DPC installed . I don’t understand much about the process but Kevin was so helpful and got everything sorted efficiently and quickly. It’s so good to be able to use the room again .

Kevin and the team, arrived punctual, they was able to complete the job schedule to duration of quotation given. I’ve had years of mould, coming through causing damp in my living room, every year having to have maintenance carried out. But not anymore. The tender was hacked back to brickwork and I was so happy with the results. Once decorators came and decorated once work completed you would never know the work was completed.
